- keep 15:00 meals consistently – ate at 17:00 and was too hungry and there must have been some blood sugar situation because I felt soooo sleepy afterwards had to take a nap; felt too brittle upon waking up, had some steak & pasta, felt sick, threw up ➜ bottom line: keep 15:00 meal time
