Not entirely sure if I have hit rot bottom but currently I’m lower than ever.
Picked up the occasional cigarette again, the occasional booze and the consistent no-nightly sleep.
Honestly I’m even looking into shamons to see if they might help.
But for some reason I’m weirdly optimistic about how this is all going to pass and I don’t want to get my turning luck leaked… or it’s just me not wanting to seek help.
Either way, planning to just take some more sleeping pills and just go to bed with the air conditioning on.

Read about the importance of getting a healthy 8-hour sleep every day; thought it might be nice study materials.
Slightly disappointed to learn that healthy sleep doesn’t entail taking sleeping pills.
